I had a mostly great experience at this LensCrafters location. The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and I really enjoyed chatting with them. A huge thank you to Dr. Clawson, he was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He made me feel heard and comfortable, especially when I brought up something that made me uncomfortable earlier in the visit. GREAT experience! Would definitely recommend! Exceptional staff at this shop. I had the retinal scan? Not sure of the vocabulary, but it is always reassuring to receive a “clean bill of health” from your eye doctor.
The staff at Lens Crafter are amazing very professional and they explained everything to me that I needed to know for my appointment. They are friendly and I would recommend this place to everyone.
