I went to see Doctor Keith because I just found out I had cervical cancer. I didn't have health care but I wanted a good doctor so I decided to go with him and pay out of pocket. My first consultation appointment was horrible. I waited for over half an hour. When I finally got to see him he looked at my chart, told me I had cervical cancer, kept checking his cell phone, and within five minutes he said he had to go do a delivery. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. The doctor didn't tell me enough explanation about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated and rushed out. Poor badside manner. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here.
