First-rate Doctor The online patient portal was convenient. The doctor thoroughly reviewed the information from the patient portal prior to our appointment. He really took the time to review our information with us and then explained our options in detail. The nurse we were referred to was knowledgeable and informative. However, the information and paperwork given was a little overwhelming and the nurse did not following up with us as she said she would. --Jenn
Recommend It was a friendly visit and I felt very comfortable. Dr. Blauer was not only professional but had a laid back vibe which I appreciate, it wasn't all just down to business but about getting to know us and making a connection. Pleased With Outcome I believe everyone is very knowledgeable, but have become complacent in their jobs. On more than one visits my history was forgotten, including a surgery that the staff recommended I get. Infertility is a very emotional and personal matter and I believe the staff has become desensitized. They are too rushed to give full and complete information resulting in many phone calls later to a nurse, or other staff member, often times too late for anything to be done.
