I only write reviews when I am absolutely blown away. In this case, I was blown away with how unbelieveably disrespectful, rude and arrogant Fred Keith was. The first few times I spoke with him, he was talking "at" me which I was willing to overlook as just trying to be informative. However, his true colors showed when I emailed inquiring about the status when my taxes would be completed. Never have I ever be spoken to from a "professional" the way I was by him. He responded via email and immediately blamed the "delay" on me... read more
