Terrible experience. I have received a quote to remove a fallen tree that didn't include the stump removal which made their price seem cheaper than the competition but I'm not sure what was I supposed to do with stump from a dead and rotten tree. I took more than a month and a half for them to send me the invoice to which they had no record of the original quote. Gave some excellent advice about the condition and maintenance needs of a very old and large fruit tree in our garden. Resulted in us not needing any work doing, essentially talking themselves out of a job! Highly professional and do what's right for the trees.
The workmen are totally inconsiderate!
