You do get great rates from Nationwide BUT at the cost of customer service. I have been a "customer" of Dustin Haley's for 4 years and to this day I have not spoken to him on the phone. His voice mail is full and he never answers the phone. Do your best to find another agency who will actually give customer service rather than just sitting back and getting paid to do literally nothing.
I donated an offshore fishing trip to Jackson CCA. Kieth purchased the trip from CCA and booked a second day with me at regular cost. One day before the trip was supposed to be taken he canceled and then refused to pay the deposit. Do not trust him. If he would screw someone who donated a trip To a charity organization i am Certain he would have no problem screwing a customer over.
