Keith has been an awesome property manager. I’d previously had a series of not-stellar experiences with PMs, and getting Keith as my PM was a huge breath of fresh air. He spent time with me upfront to understand my concerns and learn the quirks of my property. He actually listens to what I’m saying about my priorities and concerns. He’s on top of every problem and communicates with me about them, then gets them solved. Communication is key in a relationship with a PM and Keith gets that and follows through.
