great staff, very personable and professional

I understand that the doctors are busy treating other patients. Each visit was professional and the procedure or condition was explained. I was also given a chance to ask questions if needed. I recommend.
Staff are rude. Never call back after leaving several messages. Tried to get in with provider to let him know of issues and staff scheduled with a PA. This office has gone downhill. Need to get new manager that has leadership experience. Very unprofessional
I had to fill out 4 pages of my medical history and he didn’t look at it. He verbally asked me some of the same questions. I had 3 issues and walked out without any information. What a waste of my time and money I still have 3 medical problems and will search out a physician that treats patients.
So I am very appreciative of being seen today. I have to say that this doctor was a real jerk. He needs to learn common courtesy and how to be nice and compassionate. He has absolutely zero bedside manner.
Dr. Lopatka could not be bothered with me! There is no chair in the office for the doc, he and his nurse stand over you (giving the impression he's ready to do a runner).......and low and behold......HE DID!! Even though I read (on his profile) that he deals with warts, ulcerated skin lesions, and debridement, he suddenly had amnesia. I think he really only wants to tend to beauty treatments! Never again! I thought this man was a Dermatologist!
Disappointed in care I received. Appointment seemed rushed and Dr. Lopatka seemed disinterested in my concerns. I am uncomfortable with his diagnosis and treatment plan.
The good doctor is very laid back and professional. You do not find this type of doctor practicing medicine. He is very attentive to your specific needs and questions. The doctors staff is very nice and friendly. Doctor Lopatka is a true 'gem' in the medical profession. I trust him with all my medical needs.
