Great doctor and very good staff. The wait time is the worst part, but it is well worth it. A vast improvement over the last couple year!
Very poor patient care. You cannot get through on the phone and if you leave a message noone calls you back. The wait times are extremely long and Dr Gray does not review your chart before coming in the exam room. The office staff cannot find lab reports and results. They call in the wrong medications to the pharmacy. This has been such a horrible experience with this practice and soo frustrating. I very strongly DO NOT recommend this practice even to your dog.
The worst experience. My total wait time was 4 hours. They barely cared about my paperwork, and getting someone on the phone is a joke. Had issues with the referral getting sent to my insurance company. Called never got answers, got the run around and talked to voicemails for at least two weeks and still couldn't get what I needed done. HORRIBLE office, office staff is lazy. Ended up cancelling my future appointments with them. Rediculous excuse for a practice. As a patient you mean nothing.
Outstanding bed side manner!!! It was a pleasant surprise to encounter a doctor who take the time to inter act with his parents. My gosh he spent about an hour with me! He walked me throw what he doing while giving me a physical, he did what most doctors delegate to their nursing staff. Dr. Gray's concern and compassion for you as a patient is impeccable and reproach. Please note his education Howard University Medical School, one of the best!
Excellent Doctor with superb bedside manners. He takes his time with patients and is very thorough. My first visit was like visiting an old friend. He listens and cares about every aspect of your Health. I highly recommend Dr. Gray.
Dr. Gray is very nice, however I never get told the results of tests I've taken in his office. It's very hard to get an appointment; no one answers the phone and then they don't return phone messages. When you duo grey am appointment, expect to spend 2-3 hours there. And more than 50 % of the time, the prescriptions are called in wrong; then it's a nightmare trying to get it corrected.
