Actually disappointed... I probably won't be recommending.. your policies regarding insurance verification is ridiculous! My wife & I told doctor & staff that our insurance is covering hearing aids.. but, its our responsibility to call our insurance company to verify that we are covered.. why not BELIEVE us the 1st visit. I should have been picking out my hearing aids at end of my appointment..but according to your staff. They have never heard of our insurance company 🙄..
