Terrible customer service experience couldn't be bothered at all Reception Practice 1
Came here for an appointment today. 40 minutes later and I am still waiting. The reception staff said it has nothing to do with her. Very unprofessional, confusing and extremely annoying. How is this place still open? Edit: Unfortunately I have had to make another appointment here. 20 mins after my appointment time and I am still waiting. Why should I keep to appointment times when they dont? I have tried to move drs surgeries. This one is terrible. Two days trying to get someone from Practice 2 to pick up the phone so I can make appointment regarding my son Can’t even get an answer Made a total of 23 attempted calls in 48 hours Even when said there was zero calls waiting in front of me , just rang and rang and rang for literally 15 mins no one picking up Gone through NHS switchboard , who are very helpful and tried put me through again and again and a again But soon as I’m transferred to , no one picking up at Practice 2 Frustrating and simply not good enough
Absolute joke! Dropped a urine sample off this morning for my daughter with suspected urine infection to be be told this afternoon it can take up to 4/5 days for the results to come back! I asked what are we to do in mean time as she's in bad pain and the receptions answer was "ahh well thats the process" What a joke, when ive been for suspected urine infections in the past ive seen a doctor or nurse and had antibiotics the same day, but again this was pre covid.
