A huge thank you to Brad and the rest of the team for bringing my vision to life. The whole process was seamless and stress free, with the house being completed within the estimated time frame. The Palms display home was a clear stand out from the rest. The design process was very enjoyable and throughout the build process, all my changes and requests were addressed promptly. Good team to deal with, only issuie is the electrical fitout, cheap items that don't work. Particularly the Fujitsu ac's continually leak and need professional cleaning every 6 months (@$75each). They just don't cope with North Queensland conditions. Then the lights in the garage have been replaced once and one has gone again. The fans in the bathrooms don't do the job. I'm tired of calling so guess will just live with it.
Brad and his team designed and built our new home. Despite all the pressures of the last year, they were professional, courteous, and the build quality was excellent. Brad kept us informed the whole way through the build on what was happening, and gave us options when needed. I cannot recommend these guys enough. To Brad and his team, thank you for making this journey the best it could be.
