I would never build with them again. Not once did I try to cut corners or haggle with them on price. In fact my variations were in excess of $20k. The main issue has been around the electrical. But we also have cracked tiles it 2 showers, cornices comming off and every bathroom the plaster joins are showing because the exhaust fans are useless. The front fence that I paid alot more for looks second hand. I gave up trying to get the plasterer back. I will not use the tiler again as he did a project outside of the build scope ... read more

A huge thank you to Brad and the rest of the team for bringing my vision to life. The whole process was seamless and stress free, with the house being completed within the estimated time frame. The Palms display home was a clear stand out from the rest. The design process was very enjoyable and throughout the build process, all my changes and requests were addressed promptly. Good team to deal with, only issuie is the electrical fitout, cheap items that don't work. Particularly the Fujitsu ac's continually leak and need professional cleaning every 6 months (@$75each). They just don't cope with North Queensland conditions. Then the lights in the garage have been replaced once and one has gone again. The fans in the bathrooms don't do the job. I'm tired of calling so guess will just live with it.
