Best vehicle purchasing experience I've ever had, by a wide margin. I arrived at 6pm and Chris Santiago had me back on the road in my truck in an hour flat. My last review was 5 stars and Im giving another 5 stars. The Technicians here are top notch. Paul Wilson and Melissa couldn't be any nicer. Keim fixed an on going problem that I had a month ago. The car has been driving great. Was going to a different dealership for years and they couldn't figure it out. I literally drive about an hour just to go to Keim because I trust them. Buying a vehicle from Keim was my first experience with them.our Sales associate, Chris and the owner Mike were absolutely fantastic to work deal with. Honest. Upfront and made the whole experience fluid and enjoyable. I used their service department a few days previous for the first time and had to have some major repairs on my truck. Staff was exceptional and kept me informed at all times and the service performed was great and fast. First Class outfit.
