My son purchased a new vehicle from keim. We had to go back to the service department for warranty repair. Keim arranged the tow and were very professional as always to us through the whole situation. We purchased many vehicles from Keim and the service is always there after the sale. We use their service department and parts department as well, never an issue with sales, service or parts department.
