I've been using Keil since 2020 and never had a bad experience. Great company, great employees. I've had many great experiences but this morning we ran out of oil and I called for delivery and the first thing they ask is "are you guys ok?" Oil is already delivered and the morning isn't even over. Thank you to the Keil crew!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Keil Oil during an emergency situation. Despite the company’s claim of providing 24/7 emergency service, I was left without support during freezing temperatures (0°F) when we ran out of heating oil. When I contacted the answering service, I asked Geraldine to connect me to Keil Oil’s emergency service, as I believed the company might carry a few jugs of oil for such critical situations. If I could give them 1/2 a star I would. Rude office staff, they don't seem to know their business in the office, incompetence and BS seem the order of the day. They charge too much- the only consolation used to be the service people- but even that has gone down hill. I was a customer for over 20 years, never again. The service department left my house like this picture- with a rag over my tank, and orders to hire some BS cleaning outfit- to clean a tank that cannot be cleaned (Roth).
