I've been using Keil since 2020 and never had a bad experience. Great company, great employees. I've had many great experiences but this morning we ran out of oil and I called for delivery and the first thing they ask is "are you guys ok?" Oil is already delivered and the morning isn't even over. Thank you to the Keil crew!
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Keil Oil during an emergency situation. Despite the company’s claim of providing 24/7 emergency service, I was left without support during freezing temperatures (0°F) when we ran out of heating oil. When I contacted the answering service, I asked Geraldine to connect me to Keil Oil’s emergency service, as I believed the company might carry a few jugs of oil for such critical situations. If I could give them 1/2 a star I would. Rude office staff, they don't seem to know their business in the office, incompetence and BS seem the order of the day. They charge too much- the only consolation used to be the service people- but even that has gone down hill. I was a customer for over 20 years, never again. The service department left my house like this picture- with a rag over my tank, and orders to hire some BS cleaning outfit- to clean a tank that cannot be cleaned (Roth). I had no heat at 8PM and my current plumber and oil provider would not come out for an emergency repair. So the next day I called Keil. They calmed me down and then promised to have someone come by the same day. To our surprise, the sales manager showed up himself to get our system restarted while we waited on a tech to be free for a full inspection. That was a relief with 2 kids under 3 in the house!
