Dr Aikawa is very responsive and has a great sense of responsibility. I have effective communication with her and she’s able to root cause my long running (3-year) hypertension issue on my first visit. Her care team is willing to follow up with my health and collaborate with hospitals for additional care smoothly. I feel safe and I’m in good hands 👍
Not a caring or empathetic doctor. She's not educated about long covid and has dismissed all of my heart issues after my last covid infection. If you are slightly overweight, she'll assume your issues are due to not working out or eating healthy. She's also been facetious about my health concerns, being sarcastic asking if i want to start wearing oxygen which was cruel and made me cry during my last appointment.
