Recently sold a house in St. Albans. We live in Florida. Robert was our realtor, and he was very professional and kept us updated/informed throughout all stages of the sales process.
If I could leave zero stars and still post this review, I would. My recent experience with Robert Keiffer was terrible. In my opinion, he is a bully. Apparently, he thinks it is appropriate to try to intimidate a 73 year old woman with nasty voicemails and in person confrontations. Does he not realize that you can keep voicemails and that video doorbells and security cameras are around? I signed a contract on a house he was selling on Friday, March 28, 2025. Really enjoyed working with Robert. He was timely and followed through just as he said he would. If I ever need a realtor in WV again, I'll call him.
