This is for the owner or manager.. Today August 14th, I came into the shop at 9:16, more than 15 minutes past opening, and the dude behind the counter was super rude and gestured towards the door that was closed and said he wasn’t open, I said “okay when do you open?” He just said to leave.. Now I know you guys should have been open more than 15 minutes earlier. I pass this place on my way to work everyday, just lost a repeat customer.
The staff where super rude , everything is overpriced
I’ve been to this location in La Jolla a lot. I used to live down the street. I love their selection across the board. Unfortunately today I had one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had in a while. I visited to get scotch for someone visiting and asked a couple basil clarifying questions to the staff member to get the correct item and received vague responses.
