I had a great time working with Ms. Xenia! It was my first (and great!) experience working with a therapist. I'm 34, and for the longest time I avoided therapy, believing im too old to change . But it's never too late. You can start therapy at any time ! Xenia helped provide me tools to better understand my emotions and how to cope with depression/anxiety. I’m really grateful for the time I spent working with Xenia. She was incredibly patient with me during some of my toughest moments, and I always felt heard and supported in our sessions. Her calm and understanding approach made it easier for me to open up and work through things at my own pace. I truly appreciate the care and compassion she showed, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful and supportive therapist.

I wasn't looking forward to this course for 29 weeks but miss Cynthia made everu class so good to the point where you looked forward to the class Tuesday nite class is a very good class miss Cynthia engages with you in a very professional way never making you feel like a criminal but like a human being and that's the type of teaching we need to better society highly recommend....
