Stephanie was AMAZING!! She made sure I didn’t leave the lot until I got a car, and I came in so nervous with so many concerns thinking I would be unable to get one. My husband walked into this intuition and instead of being greeted with respect...a gentleman that worked here looked at my husband up and down and stated, "you don't look like YOU are here to buy a car". Ummmmmmmm. Excuse me? I pray that he was referring to the slides on his feet and not the color of his skin! Even then.... What exactly is the dress code for purchasing a car? What would one "look like"??? Either way, the microaggressions need to be checked. Disgusting.
This experience has been the smoothest and most comfortable experience . All because of Stephanie at this location . She made sure I understood the process , she assisted with any need of documentation and paperwork’s for the process while explaining consistently . I love, love ,love my truck . And thank you Stephanie and Keffer VW for setting on a path to even greater .
