Shoddy, unskilled work. The service manager, Jason, will then lie to your face about it.
DO NOT service your Kia here! If I could give negative stars, I would. I have now been misdiagnosed twice and charged thousands for an easy fix under $100. They fooled me once, but not the second time. They 'claim' they did a diagnostic for what felt like my transmission slipping, told me I needed to replace my whole transmission. $4000! Took it to a transmission shop, they immediately knew it wasn't the transmission. Turns out...it was a spark plug misfire! Cost me $80 to replace all 4 spark plugs and I did it on my own. Absolutely no customer support after the sell of a 2022 Kia Forte and now Keffer Kia is withholding money from a canceled Service Contract that was submitted on 03May to Tim Burke and with multiple phone calls to Tim Burke and Lorie Armstrong with no response as of 16Aug. I live 3 1/2 hours away and made the drive with the dealer promising to fix everything on 10Jun and still no resolution or check has been cut.
