I called to confirm the availability and price on a vehicle I had seen on autotrader. I called and confirmed the price with two different people before I came up to test drive. I fell in love with the car and was ready to buy. When given the final price sheet, the cars price was almost 2,000$ more (even without all the fees) than what the online price was that I had confirmed. Our sales guy, Richie, was awesome - very personable, knowledgeable and accommodating. We had an issue after the sale and it was handled quickly and professionally.
9/19/15 2 weeks ago I went back to this dealership, which is where I purchased the car to have the check engine light looked at. I made an apt for 8 am and arrived 15 mins early. 2 hrs into sitting in the waiting area, I finally decided to get up and find out what was going on. Donnie who was the attendant on the account had not once come in to check on me or to keep me posted on what was going on. I called today to get a pretty simply price on a part. After calling 3 times because I was either transferred to the wrong department or just being put on hold with no indication I was being put on hold, I finally recevied a VERY short tempered and rude CSR. Rude people should not work in a service department because this is not SERVICE, at least not the type of service I appreciate when I am looking to spend my hard earned money. That being said, my recommendation, find another dealer!
This place is a joke, it's well worth it to use a little more gas and go to bob mayberry or closer to Charlotte. Worst salesman ever, didn't have a name badge so don't know his name. Don't waste your time going here.
