If your big on being upsold parts you don't need and horrible service communication then look no further! They can't tell you when or if they'll have replacement parts and won't use a local source on a non warranty. Avoid at all cost.

I have dealt with Keffer Kia in Mooresville for years. I will never, ever do business with that dealership again. Mr. Keffer would be disgusted if he knew how they are misrepresenting his name. I was lied to by a salesman a manager and a finance guy. They voided my warranty and refused to fix it when I realized what had happened. I will absolutely do everything I can to make sure that everybody knows. Better Business Bureau, social media, I will also even contact Mr. Keffer directly. I have no idea what to think about the experience I've had with this auto group... (I'm giving 2 stars instead of 0 because the manager at the other Keffer dealership is trying to be helpful.) I did extensive research before deciding on the make and model of used vehicle I wanted to purchase and also vetted the dealership before driving over an hour to purchase my vehicle at Right 1 Auto by Keffer.
