We built our home with Keevan Homes in 2022 and we still love our home. Patrick and Lynne were very attentive to our needs and helped us to make our house our home. Patrick even checked on our house after hurricane Ian to assess any damage and repaired everything in a reasonable time. We would absolutely recommend Patrick and his team to anyone looking to build and renovate.
Patrick and his team were great at completing a refit of our home. Not only was it all finished to a very high standard, it was completed within time and on budget. Not easy to come by!! Would highly recommend Patrick and his team for any work.
Patrick Keevan built my home in Shadow Wood. From planning throughout construction, the process was seamless. His staff listened very carefully to make sure everything that was requested was done precisely as planned. When we were ready to move into the home, we had a very small punch list which was completed immediately after move in. We never had any further issues that needed attention. Our home was perfect. Thank you Patrick for the superb craftsmanship and outstanding staff.
Patrick and his crew were simply amazing. Patrick helped us plan for and execute, a plan to rebuild one large kitchen and three bathrooms, in our 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home, while we lived in the home with 4 Dalmatians, and two cats! I am sure he will never try this again, but his plan, as well as the results are/were stunning. Patrick came by on many days, twice per day.
