The staff does nothing to try and help you. They do not help people their find jobs. If you have no family help you will have a hard time there. They refuse to take people to fill out applications or give them a bus pass. They won’t even let you walk or ride a bike if you have no money. Ms Jackson sends people to jail for having a vape or any tobacco products. Ms Jackson lies and says beds are full when they’re not. Try to go to a different halfway house if you can. It’s a night and day difference.
UnProfessional, Useless officers. They are lazy and don’t want to do their job. Any complaints you have they say ‘that’s above our pay grade’ for everything. Just unprofessional and lazy. This not a ‘correctional’ center, this is a holding cell for animals to run wild, harassing the few that want to stay out of trouble. A useless place.
From experience Mrs Rivers and Mrs Mays and two of the worst people to be in charge of people that are trying to get back into the world. They are pure evil people that should not be working at this place. They tear people done and hurt them so bad. Please get ride of these type of people.
I wished I would have stayed in prison! These people are not trying to help you reconnect with family they are just collecting money .. you try and get a answer from them they all tell you different answers! They have no clue how to do there jobs very un professional!
This by far is THE MOST under trained, unprofessional, incompetent staff that I’ve ever encountered. I had a family member there after serving 4 years, and this place needs to be SHUT DOWN AND INVESTIGATED. The staff is rude, the director is delusional, and when reported to Montgomery is the same silly song and dance.
