terrible expierence with no help from Ford To long to explain, long story short, I am very diapointed with my repair service: 2 trips already to fix my steering colulm and was told another part needs to be replace. Took to another dealership and was told nothing wrong with the part they are saying needs to be replaced but the part they did replace is defective. They have made no effort to make this right after several thousands of dollars I have spent already.
