It a beautiful building but the staff is lazy. Just working around when the lobby full of people. Came to get help with my card but had to wait almost a hrs. Staff just talking with other staff or have personal conversations with guest. Lady that was supposed to help me, said her computer wasn't working right so pawned me off to another person.
