In early 2023 I was having problems with my previous manager regarding maintenance, rent collection, and lack of effort in finding new tenants. Denise Keys was recommended to me and she immediately took charge and ironed out all of the pending problems I was having. Since she and her firm were hired, I no longer need to invest my time in finding out what was going on.
