Let me start by saying that I have used this veterinarian office for 20+ years (both locations)without the first problem until last year. My wife and my self brought out Yorkshire terrier (macie) into the office to have emergency surgery due to her eating a piece of plastic and it being stuck in her digestive system. My dog was actively have seizures. He had 4 seizures in 20 minutes. I had called and informed them we were coming. We did arrive at the clinic at 530. I do understand they were closing, but I would like to think with an actively seizing the clinic would have a little more compassion. I was told to take him to crossroads when they open at 6pm. So we had to wait until crossroads opened while our dog kept having seizures.
I found a 2 month old puppy, he had parvovirus. Dr. Benton and her amazing staff have nursed him back and I was able to bring him home today! She and Dr. E and their staff are amazing!
They have helped 2 of my babies in so many ways. Compassionate doctors and staff. I love this place and how they help our fur babies.
My new adopted puppy, Rain, was very ill less than 24 hours of getting her home. Dx'd with Parvo virus. She is recovering great since back at home. Thank you Kees Park Animal Clinic!
