Used them for roughly 15 years. Something changed. They replaced a section of my yard after they Let it go to nothing but crabgrass and weeds. i was happy till it happened again. They offered to replace that section again but strung me along for a few more months while i continued to pay to spray weeds then ultimately decided not to honor the offer to replace the grass they failed to prevent being taken over by weeds. Everone iv'e reccomended them to has also Since terminated their service.
Kudos to Tyler Hooten - Update from previous review from about a year ago. I’ve been with Keepers of the Green for over a decade. Great company and the owner and management always try to make things right when there is a problem. My previous tech wasn’t doing a great job for whatever reason, we tried to work with him, but no luck. Contacted supervisor and he came out and immediately replaced the old tech with TYLER HOOTEN.
