Brought our Grasshopper in after the season to have it tuned up. First time using this shop. Asked for an estimate, and the owner Cindy Daniel advised that the tune up and changing the blades would be between $300-$400, we gave them authorization to do the work. Weeks later, we received a call from Cindy that our mower was ready for pick up and the balance due is $ 1091.47. Needless to say, we were shocked since we were told $300-$400.
