So happy with my Keep Smiling membership! I had my annual maintenance check and the electrician Robert Mullin did a great job detecting a severe safety issue with the breaker. He explained everything very patiently and professionally and went about exchanging it immediately. Another maintenance check was the plumbing with Trevor Patton. This was a major repair/replacement of the water line from the city meter to the crawl space under the house, with the addition of a pressure release valve. They had to dig a very long trench and install a new box and connect new pipes and valves. They successfully meandered around plants I was concerned might be damaged in the process and did a reasonable job leveling the ground after the pipe was laid. Hi y'all day 2 of FHA again I called and again I was impressed. Today I meet Mr Thomas and he was awesome just like Ethan they gave respect and class on a level I've never seen. My lights have been flickering so I called they promptly put in my request. Mr Thomas first question before coming into my home was should he put covers on his shoes. The respect 10/10!
