PROSPECTIVE TENANTS BEWARE! I rented a Nordstrom managed property for three years. At lease expiration on 4/30/19 I met with Eddie Nordstrom of the Nordstrom Group for the final move-out inspection of the property which would determine a security deposit reconciliation for a $2100 deposit they held. If you're a property owner, I think this company is for you. If you're a renter I would not recommend this company. Hmm doesn't seem to make for a good business model, does it? Believe what you read from those one-star ratings. The deposit you’re providing to the Nordstrom group is nothing but a massively expensive cleaning non-refundable deposit basically, no matter how spotless you leave the property. These people are scum bags! They run a scam with their application fee, multiple employees will tell you wrong info about the requirements and they will accept as many applications as possible knowing that another application is already going to be picked. I should have known they would only get worse, since when I rented from them they wouldn't fix a problem pre-existing problem. Then told me I must have caused it and tried to charge me for it when I left.
