We were with the same storage facility for over 15 years. As with most companies today they sold to a larger management company. Let’s just say they haven’t managed very well. In 15 years I never had issues with access or elevators. Within the first month, I tried to access the unit and use the elevator and they were out of service. The carts were always taken care of and in the last month plus I have tried four different carts that had all flat tires on them.
