Great experience with Andrew (long-time employee there, which says a lot) and Erica. I have had other storage units and this is the best one in terms of.... Security, Parking set-up for dropping off, staff friendliness/helpfulness (even got a free LED flashlight), cost was competitive, easy in and out next to 2 freeways and cleanliness. KISS's are the best!

Have been keeping my stuff here for years. Moved from my original building into another building when I needed a bigger unit. The building I moved into had a rodent problem and I found mouse droppings in my unit. I mentioned it to management and they put traps in my unit. When I went in one day in late November to get my Christmas decorations out, I noticed a total of 5 mice dead on different traps. I was so grossed out that I called management to send someone up immediately to remove the traps and tell them I wanted to move... read more
