The Manager (Alex) is phenomenal. She is very professional, courteous and respectful. She offered us water and made the process of renting a truck as well as storage very smooth. I strongly suggest you check out this facility before anything else because this will be your one stop shopping. I can’t thank her enough for her hospitality.
My first time getting a storage unit and Alejandra made it so easy and it was a great experience. Very happy!!!!
This place is dirty, unsafe (broken into), the elevators don't work 1/2 the time, the "girl" in the front office is VERY incompetent & rude (bad combination!), and their "open" hours are ridiculous (very inconvenient)!!! Not to mention they are over priced for the area ... AND their 3 months for $99 promo ... is actually $99 PER MONTH for the 1st 3 months ... but they don't tell you that AND they refuse to correct the wording!!!! Avoid this place like the plague!!!!!!!!
Nice place, organize, nice staffs
There’s no parking while you rent a vehicle, you have to park a half mile away and walk as per the front desk
