He charged me for a diagnosis that turned out to be wrong. He couldn’t fix the actual problem but still took payment for giving incorrect information and not finishing the job. I paid expecting him to find and fix the real issue, but he didn’t do either. The problem with my truck was simple - it wasn’t starting because of a bad nut bolt on the battery’s negative plate, so the truck wasn’t getting proper power.
