RecommendedKeep It New Auto Service is one of those companies that gives you a great overall experience. They are also very thorough. They were the first place I contacted when I needed to do a check on a used vehicle I purchased.
The team at Keep It New are very professional as well as personable. It is a pleasure whenever we talk to them. We have all of our cars serviced there now. Recently had an issue with my daughters truck that road sided her. We had the truck towed directly to the shop, they took us in and fixed it on the spot. West Coast Weller's now have a family auto shop in Keep In New!
Stephen and Marcos did a FABULOUS job on my truck! It runs like new now. I had a problem with the MAF sensor that my husband tried to fix twice unsuccessfully. It turned out that my truck needed the more expensive sensor. Also, another mechanic told me my truck needed new valves. The guys had the experience to know that didn't make sense based on the engine I have. If you're looking for a place that doesn't try to fool you AND does excellent work, you'll find it here.

This place is fantastic - great job and very honest! I took my car in thinking for sure that I needed to have a brake job, but to my surprise they told me I didn't. How many other auto shops would do this?!? They definitely have earned my respect and business!
Horrible communication and customer service. I made an appointment to get my brakes serviced and after two hours with no phone call, I called the office. They did not communicate to me that they were only giving me an estimate. I thought they were replacing my brakes. I was very frustrated because I work full time and it was my only day off.
