Booked an appointment 10 minutes out. Was 6 mins late and they gave it away, no call no text. 1 minute past the "grace period".

This was hands down one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. Rachel was rude, dismissive, and openly acted like she did not care at all. The haircut itself was poorly done, rushed, and far below any professional standard. Her attitude made the entire appointment uncomfortable from start to finish.
