I used to come to this place frequently before I moved. The experience with Adams was always 100% amazing. I came back to Phoenix and came back here the other day and had Cindy who was a total disappointing nightmare. She was so unwelcoming, didn't say one word to me, and when I tried to spark conversation I got nothing. It made me feel so uncomfortable and I just wanted to get out of the chair. Great place, love getting haircut done here. Highly recommend. Dan or Keren are great stylists.
The staff is always amazing here this is by far my favorite place to get my hair cut!
