James and Thomas from Keep It Cool AC are outstanding HVAC technicians. Our AC system experienced a failure at 10:00pm in June 2024; which was a Sunday, and Thomas came out and diagnosed and managed the situation the following morning on a Sunday. I highly recommend Thomas for your home's HVAC mechanical system needs. Thank you Thomas! Also, I had another HVAC system failure at another property, in October 2025, and it was quickly solved and repaired. Thank you James and JImmy.
