Very prompt, showed up when scheduled explained our problem & quickly fixed it have done business with them for more than 7 yrs
Excellent experience with Keep it Cool. They came out quickly to diagnose the problem with the a/c and got me back up and running the same day. Will definitely use them again!
Quick to respond , great personnel (office and tech) and knowledgeable. Highly recommend! Sept. 2025 update: Had them to a different home on this visit when A/C quit cooling. James came out promptly, explained the issues and got the system cooling great again. This company is a real pleasure to work with! April 2026 update: Recommend going on maintenance plan...2 visits a year and they clean and check and make adjustments as needed. Great service company!
