The staff from point of entry to anyone you come in contact with are amazing. I could not have felt more comforted when I had to let my Sammy cross the rainbow bridge. you are truly treated like family here.
RecommendedWe are from Pennsylvania and was visiting family in Jaffrey, New Hampshire. Our Bischon dog made the long trip with us but the day after we arrived she was not able to walk. I had a really great experience getting my cat fixed here last week! Both Alyssa and Maggie were super friendly and accommodating and Dr Cook did a great job breaking things down for me. I would recommend that Maureen the receptionist work on her customer service though as she was rude and unpleasant all three times I came in. I had just moved to Troy and brought my cats to Keep 'Em Healthy. One of my cats had developed kidney issues and the staff was so compassionate and helpful. Unfortunately Dillenger did pass away, but the staff helped us by doing everything necessary for his cremation. This was not an easy time for us, we had Dill for 15 1/2 years. They are such caring people. I highly recommend Keep 'Em Healthy.
Great Staff. Very personable. Dr's are compassionate and knowledgeable. Best clinic! We drive an hour to have our 3 dogs seen at Keep 'Em Healthy!

i want to say when they had my grandsons cat Timmy they are incredible they treat them as they are their own pets and kept me informed daily if it wasn't for them timmy would have been so homesick. Thank you everyone for caring so much about these pets you all are the best ❤
I absolutely LOVE Keep 'Em Healthy Veterinary Clinic. I have been taking my "fur babies" there for two and a half years now. The staff is all so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. When our Nikki had surgery, they called a couple days after she got home to check on her. When Brandi and Charlie were going to be parents, I called with a number of questions (especially when Brandi went into labor) and they were all so patient with me.
