Currently they are trying to steal 1500 dollars from me. The head lady in the office is a complete liar and trying to steal money from a hard working family person..All because I moved out on the day I was supposed to move out on. Place is a rip off and filled with drug dealers and prostitution! The police are literally there every other day arresting someone. YOU DONT WANT YOUR FAMILY HERE. I don’t even know where to start..that staff is completely unprofessional! Place is a dump they can’t keep it clean. The police were there non stop arresting people for drugs and what not totally unsafe to live at especially if you have young children..Do not move here!
Recommendedthe staff is professional, personable, efficient and when repairs are needed, they are all prompt. as well, I appreciate the efforts the Keen's Crossing staff make to create a neighborhood with breakfasts, events, etc.
I’ve lived in several apartments complexes this is by far the nicest nice office staff and maintenance man the apartments are nice they include central air which is a big plus the people are friendly and they allow dogs the area around us Has several types of food restaurants a beautiful Riverwalk by the waterfalls They are only a few miles away from shopping centers Costco’s in downtown Burlington the apartments are very nice and modern I’ve lived here for 11 years and don’t have any complaints
The complex is now 12 years old so it is no longer the hot place to rent in Winooski. I did enjoy living there for 8 years. Positives- big bedrooms, fitness center, function room. Negatives- noise including hearing upstairs neighbors, Planes, etc. There are better places to rent from and also worse.
The one bedroom apartment is beautiful but not worth the cost by a long shot. The trash room is always overflowing so badly you can't get in the door, the garage is a little sketchy and the gates don't work consistently, the main door to the building was broken the entire year we lived there despite several notifications to management (if you hit the handicap button the door opened without a key), and the walls are paper thin. I loved the kitchen and the walk-in closet, but for $1420 a month it wasn't worth staying longer.
I love my apartment, but the way this complex is managed is beyond laughable! Not sure why they have rules or leases- people violate them all the time and nothing gets done about it! Had to redo my rating. This complex is getting worse all the time due to poor management. Keen's Crossing used to have much higher qualification requirements until the past couple of years. Now just about anyone can get in here- and bring their low-life ideals with them.
