Staff was rude, (except one gal who was an absolute sweetheart at the front desk) doctor from Provo missed my issues that only worsened and progressed so I had to go to another eye doctor (not to mention the high bill for him to just miss it), and he downplayed my autoimmune disease treating it as if I was “faking” it the entire appointment. I was very impressed with the doctor and all the staff. I felt my needs were met, I plan to bring the rest of my family here! Such a great experience.
