Great experience! Went in with an electrical problem and Keeney troubleshot the issue, verified with a different method, fixed the problem, then verified the fix. In addition, he looked over the rest of the vehicle and made realistic and practical recommendations.
Keeney is Thorough, with a capital T. He is unlike any other vehicle servicer you will ever meet. He takes his time to evaluate the vehicle and get a clear picture. He provides written report with photos for clients review and explains what everything is and why you may want to replace x, y, and/or z. Keeney is an exceptional mechanic. As a mechanic myself, and experienced aircraft technician I can tell you I am rarely impressed with auto shops. They tend to be disorganized, untrustworthy, overpriced, and incompetent. Keeney completed manual transmission service and clutch replacement on my toyota (scion xb).
