Overall this is a great service. On time, clean, helpful and professional. They know what they’re doing and do it in a safe manor. My only ding would be on a pick up from Logan very late at night. We were down about quarter to a half mile from where the driver parked. When I told him where I was he sad it would be easier for us to find him. Normally that’s fine but with luggage, kids and their luggage and my wife and her luggage it was a tough journey. Not a big deal but worth mentioning. I have used Keene numerous times for several years now and they are always amazing. One time, courteous and diligent, they handle everything correctly. Several times I have had to change arrival times on the fly and they have always accommodated. Highly recommend them.
