I made a used puchase of a scag zero turn and turned out it needed a lot of work to the point I was fuming upset so I went back and talked to Shane and took pictures and talked to him civilized and he upgraded me mowers at no extra money and delivered it despite the initial puchase Shane went out of his way to make my wife and I happy with our puchase I would go back for any small engine needs
