Very good staff is great
Took 4 and a half months just to see the nurse practitioner. First scheduled for an appointment a month and a half in advance, then had to reschedule due to a medical emergency just prior to the appointment... 3 months for the next available opening. I called back the next day thinking 3 months for a nurse practitioner, surely this is a mistake. The same receptionist from the day prior which is usually very sweet and nice was suddenly very rude.
