I am writing to complain about poor service response from Amerigas. I signed on with them in 2014 when we could speak directly to a person in local office about propane issues abs deliveries. They closed that office 2019 and once they went national and your calls or inquiries went to national service center when I would order propane despite the fact that we had deliveries to our rural home with no problems for 5 years now after the fact when I called they said they couldn’t find me.
