Purchased a new vehicle from Keene Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram 8/2025. I shopped around quite a bit. In fact, I had a deal with another dealer that fell through because they surprised me after the deal was struck with lots of extra fees that were "non-negotiable"... Until I walked. Paid $33k for a truck. Got one key, half a tank, and excuses about “policy.” The sales manager admitted “fueled up” was misleading, then offered to cover only half of a $300 spare key fob. Closed the conversation with “have a great night.” That’s their idea of customer service.
Updated Review I purchased a $33,000 preowned truck here, and the delivery experience was sloppy: Only one key fob was provided (a second should have been standard). I was told the truck would be “fueled up,” but it wasn’t full. No one was prepared for my scheduled pickup, despite me confirming with the team. After posting this review, the sales manager emailed me.
