!!Consumers Beware!! – I'm pretty computer savy and handle my own netoworking from a home office. Took my laptop to them and asked them for a rush on moving files from my old laptop and integrating them (outlook) to my new machine along with replacing the monitor, which was what caused my need to go there in the frist place. Do not use Terry to work on your computers – I gave Terry 300 bucks to research camera hardware for me. I ask him why he wanted 300 dollars from me because I told him I would purchase all 300 cameras from him if he found the correct one? So after a few phone calls and a month of not hearing from him I ask for my refund. He told me he had some information for me but never did send me anything and has poor people skills. very knowledgeable – We always take our old Dell to them for repairs whenever something goes wrong, and they never fail to fix it for a reasonable price and a quick return...Highly recommend these guys.
Your computer will be working fine! Keene Computers is a great place to take a sick computer. The owner is really nice. The techs can give you some idea of the problem just from your description. Prices are posted on the wall so you know in advance how much you'll have to pay.
