I had a great experience at Keene Automotive. Very professional service. Holly was very courteous and was able to get me scheduled with an appointment that worked well with my schedule.
When Bob tells you the diagnostic code says something is failing, listen to him. I didn’t. I should have had him fix the problem, even though it wasn’t showing any evidence of the problem. Until it was really inconvenient for it to be a problem.
I was very pleasantly surprised today when I stopped in for an inspection . Not only did Bob come out and introduce himself but his wife gave me a sheet telling me what recalls were due .. the whole experience was great and when I got in my car there was a few mints and a five dollar off coin as well as a koozie .. I will continue to patronize this wonderful mom and pop shop because I believe In shopping local! Well done !
So grateful the Dansville community shared their love for keene automotive with us. My family will be using them again for any of our auto needs. We told them it was our only vehicle and Bob was able to get us in as soon as we called and had our vehicle done the same day. Bob was generous and caring to our particular situation. Holly was warm and welcoming. The whole experience was amazing and I'm greatful for finding such a wonderful business in the area.
They took me in quickly when I was having as issue with my breaks. Very friendly service.
