They gave me a wrong urinal, when I was returning it ( unused) ; they did not want it back! Don’t buy from them, cause they won’t reimburse you if you return your unused item! Bad customers service! Home Depot is still the best place to go, cause you can always return your unused items! Felt robbed by this store!
My wife ordered a fancy faucet from Keenan to evaluate for our kitchen remodel. We ultimately ended up going with another style of faucet and opted to return the Keenan purchase. However there was a mixup during the original transaction that made the return difficult. Jim Smith was helpful throughout and managed the complicated return to our satisfaction. 5 stars for customer service.
As 2022 came to an end, I contacted Keenan Supply for help with a hard-to-find part. Brian offered to research with manufacturer and get back to me ASAP. True to his word, I got a txt today with the info. That’s customer service.
