Steve helped us out this winter when our older furnace stopped working, he let me know what the issue was, and when I got the part (had to special order it in from down south) came quickly and installed it. He was affordable and personable, Thanks Steve.

Called today for a furnace part as it says in store shopping and open 24 hours. Was told unless they are being paid for a service call or repair or something they are not selling me a part ? Guess I buy it somewhere else and bad for them as I was planning on getting a new furnace in spring !
